Technical Director Air Care

The Opportunity:
An exciting challenge for an innovative, results orientated and business focused Technical Director, with proven relationship building, leadership and communication skills, to manage and drive a team in the development of Air Care concepts and products.
The role involves the development and implementation of a technical global strategy, to achieve the business objectives set by senior management within the context of the category plans, aligned to the needs of local and regional clients. The person will also pro-actively grow the business via innovations and long-term developments, facilitating improved profitability of the Air Care category.

You must have:

Relevant Science degree, PhD is preferred but not essential

Minimum of 5 years experience in R&D of a related industry, knowledge of devices is beneficial

Good understanding of fragrances is essential

Successful experience of managing scientific teams, including working with third parties

Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, people and communication skills

Strong commercial background
