JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop sales strategy, tactics and plans for achieving growth targets
Responsibility for growing the business within the region

Run large and Key Accounts Management

Drive commercialisation of new product launches

Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets
EXPERIENCE
- Sales professional, with a good B2B background for growing profitable sales
Technical appreciation and experience of the Flavour or Fragrance industry, preferably from Food Ingredients sector
Strong commercial understanding, specifically of the German market and surrounding countries
Autonomy to operate within a matrix structure in a multicultural environment
